About Our Practice
Brian Jones, MEd
Audiologist and Founder of Greater Atlanta Hearing, Inc.
I was born near Boston and moved to Tampa Bay prior to my high school years. I attended Florida State University (Go NOLES) for my undergraduate degree and graduated in 2000. I moved to Athens, GA and attended the University of Georgia (Go DAWGS) to obtain my master’s degree in Audiology in 2002. I had the honor to work at Bay Pines VA, as a clinical Audiologist during my clinical residency year from 2002-2003. Bay Pines VA was the busiest VA Audiology department in the US at that time. During this year, I fell in love with hearing aid technology, best practices using Real Ear Fittings, and developing relationships of care with our veterans. I had the privilege to study under some of the best Audiologists in the country. I fit hearing aids on over 600 veterans that year alone!
Over the last 16 years, I am proud to call Georgia my home! I have lived in Forsyth county now for almost 7 years, and my wife’s family has lived in Cumming for almost 30 years. I love all that Forsyth county has to offer. Exceptional schools for my children, a family rich area, the beauty of Lake Lanier and the mountains, and most importantly a community that cares. We are long standing members of First Redeemer Church and want to continue to be active members of this community.

As a Georgia licensed Audiologist for the last 16 years, I have had the privilege to work as a clinical/dispensing Audiologist as well as Audiologist/business leader within the hearing industry. This diverse experience has helped me become an expert in amplification, practice management and customer care.
Greater Atlanta Hearing is a practice that I have designed to adapt to modern changes in business focusing on a more educated consumer. We strive to provide an exceptional experience where our patients will understand their hearing loss, and what are the solutions in the market. We also want to make sure our patients are happy about their treatment options. Whether you would like a second opinion, are new to the area, or a first-time hearing aid user, we will give you the same level of service no matter what.
While I am not at my clinic, you can find me spending time with my wife Missy and our three children. My passions include, boating, working out, yardwork, helping coach athletics, volunteering and traveling.
We are excited for you to experience the Greater Atlanta Hearing difference!
